Welcome to the IODA Saul A. Silverman Endowment Fund series of interviews sharing OD and conflict resolution stories. Our first guest, Vinh Do, offers some fresh and innovative thinking.
Vinh is originally from Vietnam and came to the USA as a young child. He brings his unique perspective to his work which he describes more as peacemaking and managing conflict then conflict resolution. Among other things, he highlights the importance of language in this work and common ways we may be insensitive to cultural differences.
We encourage you to share your comments. We hope you will join for the next interview in our series, where we will be talking with Irshad Ahmad from Pakistan. Look for us at iodanet.org
