The OD World Summit 2025 in Accra, Ghana was more than just a conference — it was a vibrant gathering of Organization Development practitioners, thought leaders, and changemakers from across the globe. Under the theme “The Practice of OD in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Swim or Sink?” the summit explored how our field can adapt, innovate, and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
From thought-provoking keynotes and interactive workshops to cultural celebration, local organization visits and community-building, ODWS 2025 showcased the power of bringing people together in one place to share ideas, deepen connections, and reimagine the future of work and society.
