The theme of the conference 2016 is “Future Forward – OD in the Changing Global Landscape.”
IODA conferences for the last thirty years have always worked on significant areas of interests and topics. This year the conference promises to be one of its kinds in the world OD space, embarking to set a milestone and create a benchmark on conference takeaways. It is a global gathering as IODA has foot print in more than 40 countries and has always had a high value for mutual respect, learning different cultures and promoting cordial relationships across continents. IODA may be the single most organization having an impact across all continents and across generations. IODA believes in connecting with communities and cultures and in contributing to the world of OD as we proudly claim to be global OD citizens.
The program committee is looking for interesting topics from your field experience as consultants & facilitators of change, academic knowledge in OD through research and teaching OD & change management programs, and as corporate executives in organizations that have hands on experience as internal change agents, employing various OD models. Please refer to the conference model of engagement. The conference model is to facilitate dialogue among the above mentioned OD stakeholders: consultants, academicians and corporate executives.
We expect proposals from dynamic and engaging facilitators, who can create a dialogue process during the presentation sessions and impact immediate transferable learning experiences. Your proposals are expected on topics relevant to the main theme of “Future Forward – OD in the Changing Global Landscape” as each day focuses on specific OD questions. Presentations should be creative and insightful and generating futuristic trends.
The request for proposals closes on Monday, March 31, 2016.
