IODA Workshop | AI For Good in OD: Lessons From the Ghana OD World Summit

In this interactive session led by William Zybach, we will revisit the key learnings from the IODA OD World Summit in Ghana, with a focus on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is shaping the future of OD. Together, we will explore a live redesign case from the past year that involved a global network, highlighting both the challenges and opportunities of integrating AI into OD practice.

Participants will be invited to share their own experiences of “AI for good” — moments where AI has enhanced their work, practice, or personal life, to build a collective picture of how our community is already engaging with this evolving field.

The workshop will close by looking ahead: identifying opportunities for using AI more effectively in our work as OD practitioners, leaders, and change agents. The goal is not only to review what we’ve learned, but also to co-create insights and practical next steps for harnessing AI in service of people, organizations, and society.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

William Zybach is an innovator in the field of human and group engagement, and a midwife for the transformation from traditional hierarchical ways of organizing toward three emerging organizational forms that foster both individual and collective sovereignty. He is the author of Syngineering: Building Agility into Any Organization, and is dedicated to helping organizations adapt to the exponential changes shaping our world.
