IODA Annual Conference 2026 Thailand

The IODA Conference 2026, co-hosted by Assumption University of Thailand, brings together Organization Development practitioners, leaders, scholars, and change agents from around the world to explore how organizations can contribute meaningfully to a more sustainable and regenerative future.

Anchored in the theme “OD for Sustainability: Wisdom, Adaptability, Innovation,” the conference invites participants to move beyond short-term fixes and efficiency-driven change toward deeper, values-based, and system-aware approaches to organizational life. Over three immersive days, participants will engage in keynotes, concurrent sessions, synthesis dialogues, company visits, and cultural experiences that connect theory with real-world practice, local wisdom, and lived organizational contexts.
