We are delighted to announce the results of the IODA 2026 Elections for the roles of General Vice President and Vice President of Affiliations & Partnerships.
Thank you to all IODA members who took the time to vote and participate in this important part of our community’s governance.
We are pleased to welcome two new members to IODA’s Executive Committee.
General Vice President
Claudia Raffo has been elected as IODA’s new General Vice President. Claudia brings with her more than 20 years of experience in Organization Development, 11 years of involvement with IODA, and a strong commitment to connecting people, perspectives and regions across our global community.
“I feel deeply grateful for the trust and warmth I have received from the IODA community. After eleven years, it still feels very special to be given another opportunity to serve a community that means so much to me. And a warm thank you to Silke for stepping forward too—our willingness to volunteer, contribute and care for IODA is what keeps this community alive. I join the Executive Committee with enthusiasm, humility and curiosity, looking forward to working together and helping shape the next chapter of IODA.”
Vice President of Affiliations & Partnerships
Tímea Ágota Rózsa has been elected as IODA’s new VP of Affiliations & Partnerships. Tímea combines 12 years of OD experience with extensive international work, seven years of leadership with the Hungarian OD Society and has been an active member of IODA for four years, bringing a strong passion for building bridges between people, organizations and communities.
“It is both a great honour and responsibility to be accepted to the role of VP Affiliations and Partnerships, which I take on wholeheartedly. I am grateful for everyone who has supported me in my IODA journey so far and to all who have voted in the elections. Thank you so much for your trust invested in me, I will strive to be a valuable member of the EC and to serve our community to the best of my abilities!”

We would like to recognise Silke Häbold, who put herself forward for the General Vice President role. We are grateful for her willingness to contribute and for the spirit she has shown throughout the election process.
