  2. Application of Holistic, Inclusive Methods: In-depth look at applying an integrated approach that positions organizational health and human dignity as central elements.
  3. Evidence and Best Practices: Review of key research supporting this approach, with insights from Phil’s extensive career working with blue-chip companies and industry thought leaders.

About the facilitator

Phil McInnes is an organization and people development expert with extensive experience in senior roles and consulting, including board appointments with major international companies. He has collaborated with leading thinkers to implement and refine impactful practices that stand the test of time.

Phil’s academic background includes degrees in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Business Economics, and an MBA from Brunel, enabling him to drive innovation in OD and L&D. His unique expertise spans from early childhood development to executive leadership, leading to the creation of his 5 Universal Capability Set Framework and 5C systems model—both promoting a holistic, inclusive approach to organizational effectiveness.

Phil is also a recognized innovator in OD and L&D, with award-winning training videos and numerous thought leadership contributions.
