OD practitioners are vital in shaping effective public sector organizations. By conducting policy-informed research, OD practitioners help bridge the gap between theory, practice, and policy. Their work ensures that organizational strategies and reforms are grounded in evidence and tailored to real-world challenges faced by public institutions. This process not only improves service delivery and accountability but also supports continuous learning and innovation within public sector organizations.
Join us during this workshop to:
- Discover how OD practitioners drive impactful change in the public sector through evidence-based research.
- Explore methods for translating research findings into actionable public sector reforms.
- Understand the importance of collaboration between OD professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders.
- Gain insights on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in government organizations.
