Join IODA and Douglas O’Loughlin for our first 2025 program as we delve into how understanding the dynamics of polarities can transform our personal and professional lives. Drawing from his book “ANDlightenment: Polarity Thinking, from Self to Society,” Douglas will guide us in exploring how leveraging polarities can help us navigate complexity, make better decisions, and reduce conflict—both within ourselves and in our organizations.
In this session, you’ll discover how polarities—such as Stability AND Change, Part AND Whole—can be used to foster balance and serve a greater purpose. These often-overlooked dynamics are key to improving organizational performance and harmony.
For a glimpse of the session’s content, check out Douglas’ insightful 12-minute TEDx talk on polarities.
