We have a range of participation options to choose from. The below price categories are based on your IODA or ODN membership status.
Please note, there is capacity for 100 participants at the conference. Therefore, conference registration is released in two phases to ensure priority access for IODA members.
- March – May 2026: Registration is open exclusively to IODA members for a 90-day priority access period.
- June 2026: Registration opens to non-IODA members.
- August 1 – September 15: Registration opens for students

To register for the conference, please complete the registration form.
Assumption University will then issue and send an invoice to participants within 3–4 working days after receiving the completed registration form. Participants must complete payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice or the payment link will expire.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer and must be processed in Thai Baht (THB). For all payment-related inquiries please write to registrationIODA2026@au.edu.
The host team is happy to support visa applications by providing an invitation letter. Please contact Marrisa Fernando at mlfernando@gmail.com to request one. Registration and full payment is required before the letter of invitation is processed. For all visa related questions, visit the Thai e-visa official website.
