WANT TO PRESENT AT THE CONFERENCE?
We warmly invite practitioners, scholars, and thought leaders to submit their work for consideration of the organizing committee. You are invited to share with us some of the exciting things you are doing that are relevant to the broad themes of the conference. These sessions are intended to advance our thinking and understanding of issues relating to the themes and provide an opportunity for sharing amongst the participants.

- Submission guidelines available: 15 March
- Submission portal opens: 15 April
- Submission deadline: 31 July
Notification of decision: Within 10 working days after submission acknowledgement
All submissions will be managed through the OJS (Open Journal Systems) portal, provided by Assumption University.
Submissions may be made in any of the following formats: concept paper or full article.
To be included in the program, all presenters will need to register for the conference.
- Accepted submissions may be presented as concurrent thematic sessions or poster presentations.
- All rooms will be equipped with Wi-Fi, projectors, and microphones. Presenters may use their own laptops; standby desktop computers will be available.
- Each presenter is responsible for their own workshop materials, if applicable.
- Room assignments will be based on the expected number of participants per session.
- Each session room will be supported by conference staff or graduate students.
