As we consider life in a post-pandemic world, we have an opportunity to re-consider, re-imagine, re-design and re-create all that we do. As OD practitioners our stakeholders, communities, our peers and our entire system are looking to us to take a leadership role during this important time, to ask new questions, challenge paradigms and to provide the thought leadership and scaffolding that enables humanity to re-emerge with optimism and confidence.
During this program facilitated by Greg Collier, we will explore some of the following topics:
- Double-diamond thinking – Enable curiosity and connection as a precursor to ideation and delivery
- Human-centered design / design thinking – Consider things from the changed perspective of multiple stakeholders
- Radical Collaboration – Tune in to an expanded field of experience and opinion
- Yarning – Draw on Indigenous Wisdom to facilitate emergent thinking
- Hypothesize – Form a view about a better future and connect with community to test and elevate
This webinar will be free for IODA members to attend and $25 for non-members
