SUMMARY:IODA Mentoring Program Meeting | Members Only
DESCRIPTION:Mentoring Opportunity with University Students from BIM\, India \n\n\n\nIn response to feedback from past surveys conducted by the Executive Committee\, we are excited to announce that IODA is launching a mentoring program in partnership with students from the Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM) in India. This pilot initiative will run from October 2024 to January 2025. We are now seeking IODA members who might be interested in mentoring young OD practitioners.  \n\n\n\nAs a mentor\, the commitment will be to meet monthly in a large group format as part of the elective course schedule. Additionally\, mentors will work on a small group project with five university students. The course\, titled “Organizational Development and Change” is an OD elective that focuses on key aspects of our field. \n\n\n\nDoes this sound of interest? \n\n\n\nWould you be willing to be a mentor to young potential OD Practitioners? We are conducting a one-hour interest meeting scheduled for this Saturday September 21st and would like to invite all our members who might be interested to attend. We will discuss the program and commitment in more detail and answer any questions you may have.
