DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday January 27th for the first edition of World Café\, a new IODA initiative led by the Strategic Project Committee for current members only\, which hopes to collectively devise and yield creative approaches from our rich member base to contribute in improving OD practices and regional work environments.  \n\n\n\nIODA constantly strives to encourage the development of students\, professionals and other persons interested in organization development and related interdisciplinary fields. We hope this new World Café series will continue to educate OD professionals through international OD practices and encourage converse exchanges that enhance and edify the advancement of human beings in all parts of the world. All materials created in the series will be shared in IODA’s digital library for members to use.  \n\n\n\nThe 2024 World Café series will encompass Dr. Bill Gellerman’s professional development guidelines for OD Code of Ethics.
