Ed Schein Webinar Part II | How to Ask For, Give and Receive Help – A Learning Lab

May 25, 2023 @ 9:00 11:00

Start time where you are: Your time zone couldn’t be detected. Try reloading the page.

After a wonderful first session in March during which the participants honored the life and legacy of Ed Schein, we are excited to announce the second part. This two-hour interactive session will allow the participants to put Ed Schein’s theory to practice in the skill development areas of 1) asking for help, 2) giving help and 3) receiving help.

At the end of this session, you will have a working familiarity with Ed’s concepts of Humble Inquiry as a means of giving help, layered with Celina Mattocks’ modern approach to asking for and receiving help.

“The irony is that a leader must first know how to receive help before he can give it” – Ed Schein
