Our connections with others around the world

The uniqueness of IODA lies not in separateness from others but rather in our connections with others around the world. In our network of global partners we share our vision, encourage excellent O.D. practice and learn from each other.

Global Partners

The partners

The Organization Development Network (OD Network or ODN) is a vital learning community that develops, supports, and inspires practitioners and enhances the body of knowledge in organization and human systems development. Members of the Organization Development Network are practitioners representing a range of professional roles in a wide variety of organizations.   About half the members are employed by private industry, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.  The other half work as independent consultants,  operating their own consulting firms and engaging in private practice, and/or teaching in academic settings.

The OD Network is the largest U.S.-based organization serving OD practitioners.  While the majority of our members are from the U.S., ODN members represent more than 90 countries worldwide, and IODA and OD Network have collaborated on several conferences through the years.  We have, for instance, served as co-hosts of the first OD World Summit in Budapest in 2010, as co-sponsors for the annual PRO-DO Conference in Mexico, and have shared the International OD Forums at the Annual ASTD Conference.

IODA members can receive a discount on ODN membership fees and conference registrations.

OD Network's Annual Conference 2020 will be held in Orlando | USA, September 24 - 26.

ICF support also fosters a sense of community among our members. Our annual conference, plus regular communications and local chapters around the world, are the primary tools to meet this goal.  Also, to preserve the integrity of the coaching profession, we actively research and develop programs in the legal, regulatory, and credentialing areas that will serve coaches and their clients. The ICF’s immediate goal is to take our organization to the next level, becoming a strong, unified voice for the coaching profession and providing ever-increasing value for our members.
