New General Vice president Michelle de Bruyn, SA
Thank you to everyone who voted in the recent elections for the position as General Vice President. It was encouraging to see good levels of participation and interest in our two wonderful candidates: Vinaya Shetty from India and Michelle de Bruyn from South Africa.
We are pleased to announce the official results and congratulate Michelle de Bruyn as IODA’s new General Vice President. Michelle, we are thankful for your engagement with IODA in the past years and wish you much success in your term as General Vice President.
Our thanks and appreciations also go to Vinaya Shetty, who has been gracious and supportive.
If there are any questions or concerns regarding the voting process or election results please email them to the committee. The Executive Committee will be the final arbiter of any election process dispute
Michelle de Bruyn was celebrated during the annual conference in Turkey and will now take over her work from Rod Barnett, Australia.
We thank Rod for his outstanding work and engagement during the past 6 years. We are happy to announce that Rod will closely stay connected with IODA’s governance as a member of the ODWS Planning Committee Bangkok 2020.
